  • Dr. Ann provides comprehensive developmental assessments to help families understand Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), and executive functioning challenges. Evaluations are designed to support school accommodations, personal wellness, and long-term success.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Dr. Ann utilizes DBT to teach skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.

  • Psychotherapy: With extensive training in psychotherapy, she engages with the whole person to address complex symptoms at the root causes for effective change.

  • Neurotherapy: Specialized in neurotherapy, she offers innovative treatment for  mental challenges from anxiety, depression, trauma, ASD and bipolar disorder.

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder: As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), Dr. Ann conducts autism assessments and creates personalized treatment plans for age six through adulthood.

    Measures communication, sensory behavior, and social patterns related to ASD

  • ADHD Screening
    Identifies attention difficulties, disorganization, time management struggles

  • Treatment Planning & School Recommendations
    Personalized guidance for therapy, neurofeedback, self-care, and school/college accommodations

Dr. Ann works closely with students preparing for postsecondary life.

Evaluation Process (4 Steps)

  1. Initial Intake Meeting – Discuss history, concerns, and goals

  2. Assessment & Testing – With input from caregivers, educators, or partners

  3. Comprehensive Report – With results, diagnoses (if applicable), and actionable recommendations

  4. Feedback & Planning Session – Walk through findings and plan next steps

Cost & Commitment

  • Cost: $800–$1000 total (based on complexity)

  • Time: 4–5 sessions total

  • Includes: Written report, testing, and school/college documentation if needed

Personal Journey and Philosophy:

      Dr. Ann's approach is also shaped by her focus on development, comfortably working with clients ranging from children to adults. Since 2015, she has been providing clinical supervision, mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals with her deep knowledge and compassionate approach.

 

Life Beyond the Office:

​

     In her free time, Dr. Ann is an avid lover of the water, enjoying boating, swimming, and travel. She loves yoga and meditation, she maintains a strong faith practice, underscoring the importance of spiritual balance in overall health. Her love for creative expression is evident in her hobbies, which include gardening, drawing, painting, and creating.
