Anxiety
What is Anxiety
There are many causes of stress and anxiety but on a neurological level, it all looks the same. Overactivity in particular parts of the brain which can be seen as high amplitude brainwaves.
An anxious brain is often "working double time", scanning for danger, playing out scenarios or overacting to stimuli.
Our approach is to present this data to the subconscious so the brain can recognize its own dysregulation. We have seen time and time again that when an overactive brain is shown what it is doing, the activity decreases to a healthier calmer level.
Symptoms we change
Although stress and anxiety are processes of the brain, we can feel their effects throughout our body by the release of adrenaline and cortisol, the contraction of muscles and digestive issues.
Our approach focuses on the root cause of these symptoms as opposed to trying to treat the symptoms on their own.
We find that our clients begin to see relief in symptoms that they never realized they had.
