I incorporate
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
in my counseling. Learning new skills in
emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal relationships
and mindfulness
provides a catalyst for change in your life. DBT is the gold standard
in evidence based therapy for difficult to treat emotional struggles. If
